Baba-Belles: Bangkok's newest Mummy & Baby class: a 6 week course with IPC team of specialist- learn how to do baby massage, baby gymnastics and exercises to get you back into your pre-baby body. The 2nd half takes place in Genie-Beans Cafe (located at the club house) where our IPC American Registered Nurse will give a casual talk on child related health issue followed by a question and answer session. No need to rush off- stay and chat with the other Baba-Belles! Wednesdays at 9:15- 10:45am

Baba-grow Mini Courses: 6 Week courses for Big Babies (9 months to 15 months) Mondays 9:15- 10:30am and Toddlers (16 months to 30 months) Mondays 10:30-11:15am and Thursdays 3:45-4:30pm. Click here for full timetable click here
