Baba-Belles: Bangkok's newest Mummy & Baby class: a 6 week course with IPC team of specialist- learn how to do baby massage, baby gymnastics and exercises to get you back into your pre-baby body. The 2nd half takes place in Genie-Beans Cafe (located at the club house) where our IPC American Registered Nurse will give a casual talk on child related health issue followed by a question and answer session. No need to rush off- stay and chat with the other Baba-Belles! |
